We guided the partners from a to z in setting-up their business and consulted them on their product scope.
We helped them with their business plan & their negotiations with financial institutions
After a year we revalued the model and consulted to expand their product gamma, this had a positive effect on their turn-over.
As foreseen by the business plan the business is running with profit(s) after 4 years.
The business saw an extensive increase of social hits.

Set-up a strategy & project structure to make a large financial institution compliant a new collateral legislation. Redefine & implement the new legislation within the E2E processes of the institution.
We setted-up the project structure and managed successfully the project scope, budget & progress.
The financial institution implemented the changes to remain compliant with the new legislation.
The financial institution discussed the impact of the new legislation on product level and identified new client offerings.
The project delivered a modus operandi on remaining compliant and offering new collateral products to clients.

An international investment manager reviewed their operating model to reduce costs. The goal was to reduce processing costs of their middle and back-office operations.
We reviewed their operational model & redefined it to adjust to new market trends and expecatations.
The project implemented on time & within budget the new operating model which to-date is considered as a major achievement in the industry
The project analyzed AS-IS Operating Model and reviewed the Target Operating Model (TOM).
After agreement on the model the project implemented the roadmap towards the TOM.
